I saw Queens Blade on Netflix one day, and added it to my queue. I saw the scantily clad girl on the cover and thought nothing of it, all girls in a fantasy setting tend to be scantily clad. I put it on one day, then started doing something else, just glancing over every now and then to see what was going on. This went on for most of the episode, until I looked up and noticed that the half naked (half armored?) lady was fighting some kind of winged demon lady. Pretty normal faire for a fantasy setting, except the demon was naked except for what appeared to be a combination hand/hair bra, as in, it would have been hair, except it ended in hands, which gently cupped the boobs. Perhaps a picture would be better way to relate what I’m talking about…

During this fight, demon girl then used these hands to squeeze her breasts and fire acid out of her nipples at her opponent. The acid of course, melted the armor, leaving both girls topless. The odd thing however, is that if I had not looked up, I would never have known it was going on. The girls never mentioned anything about exposed breasts, never remarked about the looks of the other, in fact, all the conversations were about the tournament, preparing for the tournament, and then regular battle talk. Everything sounded like it was a PG 13 show. I rewatched the episode just to see what I missed, and truth be told, it’s not a bad show, it’s just not one to watch if there is any possibility that you mother may stop over for a visit.
