What seems like ages ago now, I knew this girl in high school named Rachelle. We weren’t close or anything, but I would have considered her a friend. Well, after graduation, we never really talked again. She had gone off to be an actress. My mom ran into her one day while shopping and it turned out that she had a couple of minor roles. I looked her up and saw some of her modeling profiles on a couple of sites, and then she disappeared. Then suddenly, I see that she was engaged to Phil Spector, the same Phil Spector who created the “Wall of Sound“, and the same Phil Spector who is now in jail for the murder of Lana Clarkson. Suddenly she was in the news again. She was being called the new Anna Nicole Smith, a talentless bimbo who married an older man for money. She was reffered to as a Playboy model(This is incorrect however, she was just listed in the Grapevine section with a small topless photo). And now that he has gone to jail, she is living it up in his house preparing for the release of her new album.
Maybe it was love at first site, or maybe she did it just for the record deal. I would like to think the best of my former friends, but then again, I don’t think she would have gotten the record deal any other way. Hit the jump for a couple of pics, some are NSFW.
