Being in the public domain, anybody is free to make a Sherlock Holmes movie.  Case in point, the second Sherlock Holmes movie coming out.  This one featuring the good detective fighting dinosaurs, robot dragons, and a giant tentacled sea beast.  It’s like they wrote this script after watching my last wet dream.

It should be noted that this is by the same house that put out Transmorphers and other movies that are released just so that confused parents pick up the wrong DVD to bring home to the kids, so it is bound to be abysmal.
