Not satisfied with just making giant robots, Japan is now making singing robots. Japan’s National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology has outfitted their HRP-4C Robot with Yamaha’s Vocaloid software to allow it to sing.
This takes us to one of two eventual outcomes. The first being a robot national anthem and marching songs, and of course the robot armies that will sing them as they kill us all. The second of course being robot pop stars becoming the next group of starlets who get naked and has sex with anybody. Thankfully, as robots, at least they can’t get herpes.
As they are made in the form of semi attractive women, the second option seems more likely, however, as history has shown, even sexy naked robot chicks can kill.
