On this day, in the year 1890, was born one of the most influential horror writers of the 20th century.
Today he turns 119, and while his body may be decaying, I’m sure his mind is off on some adventure, perhaps studying the infinite universe with the Great Race of Yith, or walking the Dreamlands in search of eldritch wonders and new horrors to share with us in the future.
