A six meter long beast was viewed in the waters of the Weymouth Bay in England.  The Police towed the beast away, citing as a risk to public saftey.

The statue was placed in the water as a publicity stunt for the opening of the UNESCO World Heritage Site per the sculptor.  Local authorities however, cited the various spikes and sharp points on the sculpture as hazards to swimmers and removed the statue from the water.
