The Iron Man Anime trailer that has been going around actually looks pretty good.  It has Tony Stark as we know and love, fighting a very anime like robot pilot or something.  OK, I don’t really know what is going on, but shit is blowing up all over the place and it looks really good.

The Wolverine trailer however, is a little less impressive.  First thing to ask is what the hell is up with the hair?  And let’s be honest, if you have to complain about Wolverine having a bad haircut, your problems are just beginning…

Following the tale of Logan during his time in Japan, we find a artsy looking story about a guy with claws.  It doesn’t really look like any depiction of Wolverine that I have ever seen before.  When Wolverine gets into a fight, he cuts the hell out of people, and there is normally a little blood and the occasional liver or two showing when he is done.

While they seemed to capture the, “I’m overcoming my alcohol problem with robots and explosions” that is Iron Man in the first one, they seemed to misplace the “I’m a feral beast trapped in a hairy mans body, and I like to cut things” that is Wolverine, and replaced it with something found on the CLAMP cutting room floor…
