Time and again, nature shows us just how little we know.
I just seems like every time we start to think that we know what is going on, nature just drops a mountian of surprises on us.
We barely know what is going on upon our own planet, much less that which occurs out amongst the stars.
And then sometimes there are things that science was never meant to explain.
But seriously though, I wish that people would understand that just because a guy has a lab coat on, doesn’t mean that they know everything. And before someone goes and says that I’m one of those anti science religious guys, I’m going to say the same thing for those crazy guys in weird hats and funny collars. Nobody knows everything, so the best we can do is make educated guesses working with all the information that we can understand at the time. And we must ensure to keep an open mind, so that when we do discover something new, we are able to accept it and work with it, instead of closing it out and ignoring it because it doesn’t fit our current beliefs.
And of course, those that don’t understand the science can always just make movies about it.
