OK, so I’m a little behind the times on this one, but I decided to pick up TF2 on my PC. I had it on my Xbox360 as part of the Orange Box, and I wasn’t really impressed. A lot of my friends play it online however, and Steam had if for half off, so I figured why not and downloaded it. Playing it on the computer now and I guess it may be a little better. Haven’t played all the game modes yet, but I have tried out most of the classes, and there is a good variety there. In fact, that is probably what this game has going for it most, variety. And it get’s even more various as weapons and such are unlocked.
I do have a complaint however. Why is the rocket launcher so weak? I get hit once with an arrow, and I die. I shoot someone 8 times with a rocket and they walk up and hit me with a shovel. I’m sorry, but I thought that our weapons were a little more advanced than those used in medival times. Maybe I’m wrong here and arrows are really more powerful rockets, and we are only using rockets in our wars as part of a liberal agenda to help save trees that were being cut down to make bows and arrows…
