At Coachella this year, one of the attendants decided that it would be fun to dress as a wizard. At some point there after, he decided to dress as a naked guy with an incredibly small penis. Following which, three guys dressed as cops asked him very nicely to get dressed. When he refused multiple times, well, just watch the video first. Warning, you kinda see penis. It’s a small penis, so it’s hard to see, but it is there. I wouldn’t watch at work…
Now I’m not one to just run to the always run to the defense of the police, but here, I don’t really see anything wrong. They spend half the video asking this guy to put his wizard clothes back on. From the sound of it, had this junkie just put his clothes on, he would have been fine. Instead, this guy kept refusing to get dressed. The cops used minimal force at first, but as the guy kept struggling, they had to increase the force used until they were able to subdue him. Plus, I’m always a fan of watching someone get tased.
The best are the people in the crowd. Before, these were probably the same people who kept asking the cops to do something about the naked wizard that was creeping everybody out, and now, they are rallying to his support because the man is bringing him down.
The comments on vimeo are also good. Can three people subdue another without a taser, sure, but it may involve more physical violence. If kneeling on the guy and locking his arms behind his back aren’t working, well, you just have to kneel harder and twist further. Since the guy is high, there is no gaurantee that he is actually feeling what you are doing, so you may just have to twist until something pops. You can’t use that arm to fight if it’s broken. Choke holds work pretty well too, it’s hard to fight if the baton against your throat is keeping your from breathing. At some point, you have to realise that physical attacks will result in damage instead of submission, thats when you go for other means. Mace or pepper spray isn’t really good when surrounded by bystanders. He wasn’t armed, so beating him with batons would be excessive. That leaves the taser. Shock him till he stops moving, then cuff him and throw him in jail.
