So, Mozilla is going to join the EU in a suit against Microsoft.  You see, even though you can download any browser you want, and then install that browser, Microsoft has a monopoly on browsers in windows.

I fail to see how this is.  I have three browsers installed here, Firefox, Chrome, and IE.  I have absolutely no trouble using either of the non-IE browsers.  I was easily able to see the ads and all the websites telling me not to use IE.  It’s not like Microsoft set IE to change all the ads and such to read, “Internet Explorer is Awesome!”

Something that I wonder just a little, would be what browsers come installed on a Mac?

    Safari, which is also available for windows, and I think you can use IE 5 on non Intel macs still.

    safari comes installed but i have firefox and ie installed as well but i downloaded them on my own

    but i have trouble viewing alot of stuff if i don’t use ie like slippery rock’s site and stuff
