Remember back in the old days when we had terrorists on tv that wanted to destroy the earth by pumping toxic waste into public parks and everybody hated them and cheered for the heroes who were trying to stop them?  Well, why is it that now, when people hold our environement hostage, they are cheered on?

I’m talking about carbon credits.  A big corporation will have a pollution spewing factory somewhere, and they will offer to reduce pollution, if some other company will pay them.  I thought that holding the environment hostage for money was the very thing that cartoons told us not to do when I was a kid.  And somehow, large pollution spewing companies that buy into this scam are seen as awesome to hippies…

Now, all I have to do is figure out how to cash in on this deal.  I figure, I’m not a business tycoon yet, but I could revert back to redneck pretty easily, what I with the country setting and all.

So here’s my plan.  I need to get me a big stack of tires, some motor oil, and maybe some other highly toxic items, and put them all into a big pile.  I then start up an ebay acount.  I state that I am planning on burning this stack of environmentaly unfriendly material, but will not burn it if I make enough money.  Hippies will give me money and feel good about saving the enviroment.  And I’ll make money to buy booze to drink while I burn my stack of oil soaked tires.
